Castle Crashers and Update!
Firstly, Castle Crashers looks super delicious awesome! Old school gaming at it’s best. Can’t wait for this to come out!
Secondly, I’ve decided that ‘Shooter in the Abstract‘ needs an update. I’ve been away from it long enough now that I am no longer sick of looking at it! I have some lofty ideas and I’ll keep the blog updated as things progress. The plans aren’t anything TOO radical but they should improve the game in many ways.
I’ve been doing other misc things with my time lately such as practicing drumming on my DD55. I’m obviously still sucking but it’s a lot of fun. My goal is to allocate a room in the next house we move into for a drum set. My deal with my wife is that when that time comes (maybe 5-6 years from now), if I am still interested in drumming, I can get a real set. Whoop-tish!

Have you checked out Midnight Mansion at http://www.ActionSoft.com? Not that it is anything like Castle Crashers, but you may enjoy it all the same.
Shareware Mac Games for the win.

I’m interested that update. Just made 110,600 points with SitA (still no ten-sider though) and I’m curious about any improvement to this elegant game.

It maxes out at 9, so you’re good.
Rockin’ score, man! That’s incredible.
I might do an update at some point. I have ideas … heh.

It maxes at 9! Thanks for telling me that. No more frustration ;P I started out somewhere at 42K at first try and over time my max jumped to 65K, 87K, and now finally 111K.
I’ve used both a mouse and a tablet and I’m actually not sure yet wich I prefer. They both have pros and cons. I also play the game fullscreen on a 23″.

I played with a Tablet. Definitely preferred it that way.
